These Terms govern your use of PropSwipes’ websites, apps, and services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts & Eligibility

You must be 18+ and able to form a contract. Keep credentials confidential. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Platform Only; No Brokerage

PropSwipes is a technology platform that facilitates discovery and communication. We are not a real-estate broker, agent, or fiduciary and do not represent buyers or sellers.

Listings & Content

You may post listings and other content where enabled. You represent you have rights to the content and that all information you provide is lawful. We may remove content that violates these Terms or law.

MLS & Third-Party Data & Eligibility

We display data from MLS partners and other sources where available. Availability and timeliness may vary. Content is provided by users and third parties.

Messaging

Users may communicate via in-app tools. Do not share sensitive information. We may use automated systems to moderate for spam/abuse.

Fees, Subscriptions & Feature Limits

1. 6.1 Subscriptions & In-App Purchases. Some features require payment (e.g., higher or unlimited daily likes). If you buy through Apple/Google, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by that store and its terms.
2. 6.2 Auto-Renewal. Paid plans auto-renew until canceled. Cancel anytime in your account settings or via your app-store subscriptions page; access continues through the paid-through date.
3. 6.3 Feature Limits. Free accounts have daily like limits and other usage caps. Paid plans raise or remove these caps. We may apply fair-use protections to prevent abuse.
4. 6.4 Prices & Taxes. Prices are shown before purchase and may change on renewal. Applicable taxes may be added.
5. 6.5 Trials & Promotions. Trial/intro offers convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. Offer terms are shown in-app.
6. 6.6 No Refunds (Except Where Required by Law). Except as required by law or by the app store’s policies, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

Users may communicate via in-app tools. Do not share sensitive information. We may use automated systems to moderate for spam/abuse.

Do not:

• Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or overload the Service
• Post unlawful or infringing content
• Harass, spam, or attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with security or the experience of others

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropSwipes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PropSwipes harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflicts rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
